Gala Dinner 2005

Our distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, Salaam Alaykum and Good evening.

"It gives me enormous pleasure to welcome you all here personally to our inaugural charity gala dinner,and I trust that you have enjoyed the evening so far. I know I speak on behalf of all thetrustees and members of The Lady Fatemah Trust, when I say we are all extremely honoured that you have come and supported us here tonight. Not only does it give us an opportunity to meet, but in addition it allows us to illustrate our work, and say thank you for your invaluable contributions, without which our work would not be possible. With so much poverty globally,the task of humanitarian relief is daunting. Working in isolation, each of us can only make tiny advances. But together we can make a lasting difference..."
