Ijaza :

Ayatollah al-Ozma Seyed Ali Seestani grants an Ijaza to the Lady Fatemah (a.s.) Charitable Trust.

This transpired when the workings of the Trust was independently presented to the Ayatollah, and subsequently endorsed by another highly acclaimed religious cleric.

Thereafter, the Ijaaza was issued, and basically what this means is the Trust is allowed to collect religious dues or Islamic tax on behalf of Ayatollah Seyed Ali Seestani, and utilise part of it for worthy projects.
