LFT Donor’s US$ 3,000.00 has set up Mini Supermarket

Ms. Jamal married for the first time in 14 years ago. Her husband died after 5 months of their marriage when she was pregnant with her son, Khalil. He is now aged 12 years old. Her brother in law deprived her inheritance of her husband.
She did not believe on hand-outs, hence she started to work in many places in different capacities in order to earn her living in dignity and support his son Khalil by giving him better education. At the same time look after her aged mother. Two years ago she was asked for her hand for second marriage. Regrettably the second marriage did not last longer than five months. From her second marriage she delivered a baby girl who was named Wejdan. Her second husband does not look after the upkeep of Wejdan in any manner knowing very well that she had no income.
The Chair Lady of LFT, Lebanon has found Sister Jamal as very respectable, honest and hardworking with philosophy never to beg but to earn with respect and dignity. This being in line with the ethos of the Trust, the Chair Lady of LFT Lebanon recommended her appeal to be approved and supported.
Today Sister Jamal is running the shop profitably and is earning her living with dignity looking after her aged mother and is able to pay for the education of her children as she strongly believes to give the best education to her children.
