LFT Zanzibar Clean Water Projects

#KillTheThirst before the thirst kills. For too many families across the globe access to clean water facilities for drinking sanitation and irrigation is a distant dream.

Your efforts though the Lady Fatemah Trust bring clean water to over 148,846 people on the islands on Unguja and Pemba in Zanzibar and the next five installations covering approximately 24,500 people are underway.

We would like to cross the figure of 200,000 as a symbolic point representing 10% of the population that was in greatest need to have access to water now being served by Muharram 1447.

This is well within the reach of the Lady Fatemah Trust patrons as schools hospitals clinics as well as homes and places of workshop have fresh clear water flowing.

Let’s make this happen in the memory of Imam Hussain as and his family and companions.
