We are also hosting training for health professionals at the Aga Khan Polyclinic in StoneTown Zanzibar on World Mental Health Day.
The session is the first of many intended to roll the training of better emotional well-being across the islands of Zanzibar as well as as mainland Tanzania.
The Aga Khan Heath Network has a reach of 2 hospitals in Dar es salaam and Mwanza as well as 24 clinics across the country and we are very excited to be able to grow this partnership to creating more accessible and sustainable models of access to mental and physical healthcare in Tanzania.
