You have allowed us to serve over 15,000 families in over 16 countries. The beneficiaries have been some of the most vulnerable families facing been impacted by war, displacement or drought.
There is one country in which we still yearn to still do even more and that is the worst humanitarian crisis that’s made made in modern times the catastrophe that unfolds ahead of us in Yemen.
We have had the honour to serve 4,000 families in preparation for and during Ramadhan in Al Ibb, Hodeida and Sanaa. However a message from coordinating lead in Sanaa today broke my heart.
In the town of Al Mahweet west of Sanaa families are in utter desperation for food and they are carrying out unthinkable acts in desperation.
900 such families await to be served in Al Mahweet and the actual cost to save a family from desperation is $60 for a month with 100% of your donations reaching the needy in this location.
This Ramadhan will you be the one that helps a Yemeni family reclaim a dignified life and transform desperation into hope as we enjoy the bounties at the banquet of the Most Merciful One.
