Khan Younis, Gaza following 400 consecutive days of one of the worst genocides in living memory where 10,000s innocent women and children have been mercilessly slaughtered targeted by sophisticated weaponry and over 1,400,000 civilians have been internally displaced, the occupying forces have denied civilians the most basic commodities.
Starting over the next three months, the LFT will be providing up to 5 litres of water a day per person by trucks to nearly 6,000 individuals in temporary shelters in Khan Younis.
We have also started repairs to water facilities that will be pumping the water by solar energy as the longer term solution.
In memory of Lady Zainab as and the martyrs of Karbala slaughtered thirty this is your opportunity to stand with the oppressed giving them access to the most basic commodity.
The cost for each day is £300 for up to 6,000 people – why not dedicate a day’s distribution to the memory of a loved one? Please add their name to the dedication field on the donate page.
