Our ground partners have procured water trucking services that primarily source groundwater from the Gaza Aquifer.
Due to significant contamination from seawater intrusion and highly elevated salinity levels, the aquifer water is presently unsuitable for drinking.
To address this, drinking water is processed through a comprehensive five-stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) desalination system, effectively removing salts, heavy metals, and biological contaminants through advanced membrane filtration.
In contrast, domestic water is supplied directly from groundwater without desalination but undergoes chlorination to prevent waterborne diseases and ensure basic safety standards.
